Attorney Dick James

Dick James is our founder, born in Gaffney, South Carolina on July 9, 1937. He attended college at the University of South Carolina, graduating with a B. A. in Political Science in 1961. He then attended the USC School of Law and achieved his LLB in 1964 and his JD in 1970. His areas of legal practice are Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense and Mass Torts.
